At Heritage Catering , they advise for couples to find great vendors, communicate your vision, and then let your vendors do what they do best! Be yourself and make decisions on what is important to you. This is a day you'll never forget, so add all of the personal touches!

And, if you're curious like we are, we always want to know what is a caterer's favorite dish? This was a tough question for Kim, but she'll stated there's nothing better than a Black Diamond watermelon on a hot summer day.
