Julia has been a wedding photographer for the past 3 years! She loves being the girl who gets to capture your entire day and wrap it up in a pretty bow for you to keep forever. Her job is to see your wedding day in ways that you can't. The imperfections, the emotional moments, and all things love is what she lives for.
She cannot say it enough, but she absolutely loves her job. She loves being the one who gets to third wheel with her couples for the entire day and help in any way that she can. Her job is to capture the real, raw, and candid moments for you to keep forever.
Julia's advice to engaged couples is to ENJOY THE DAY! Your day is not about getting perfect photos, it's about getting MARRIED and enjoying the day with your husband/wife, family and friends! Don't worry about things going wrong, a groomsmen having a different colored bowtie, or tripping down the aisle; the mistakes make your day completely and truly yours!

We loved how intently you listened to what we wanted for our day, and that you offered so many ideas on how to make those things happen. It is so nice how you gifted us the engagement session in our package too, since many other photographers don't do that. Girl you are SO talented with the camera and with people! Matt loveddd working with ya, and that is saying something when it comes to picture taking ;) And the photos!!! They were better than I could have imagined! I am SO happy we went with Julia Stroud as our wedding photographer! Not only are her photos beautiful, timeless, and professional, her entire service was amazing! Julia helped create my wedding day timeline as she explained what would flow best as far as pictures go. This relieved so much stress! She is so prompt and punctual as well. Our wedding party was running behind schedule getting ready on the day of the wedding, and Julia helped us get us back on schedule AND made sure we got all of the photos we wanted! I seriously cannot brag enough about that. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and made us feel so special. Absolutely the best experience ever! I work in the wedding industry and Julia is definitely the most kind, friendly, and thoughtful photographer ever!
