Shelby is the owner of Red Rebel Bakery. She started her business back in October 2020 after becoming obsessed with cookie decorating videos on Instagram - ha! She operates her bakery out of her home in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She's been married to her husband, Chase, since 2013 and they have 3 fur babies - Grizzy, Pepper, and Charlie. She is a Registered Dietitian with a background in Food and Nutrition and just earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi back in 2019. 

When Shelby isn't baking cookies, you can most likely find her at Disney World as she is obsessed with all things Disney and her favorite “hobby” is taking quick trips to Disneyland and Walt Disney World with her BFF. She loves to make people happy and is always so glad to have the opportunity to work directly with couples to help make their day even more special with delicious custom cookies.

Shelby's advice to engaged couples is to do your research! If you are unsure of how something will look or what something will taste like, make sure to ask for a sample to ensure it’s what you are looking for.
