the submission process

Any vendor (member or not) can submit real weddings, engagements, bridals and styled shoots. In. fact, The WBB encourages submissions!

Please note that while you don't have to have a membership or directory listing to submit, vendors who are members of The WBB or have paid directory listings do have precedent over those who do not have a paid profile.

While submissions are highly encouraged, it is not a guarantee that all submissions will be accepted. You will receive a response of "yes" or "no" within 72 business hours of submitting. If you are not the photographer, The WBB will contact them to verify it's a-okay for us to use the images on the site, plus our social media. Photographers are always given credit and always properly linked.

If your submission is approved, there is a small investment fee to officially publish.  If you're a vendor wanting to know more, please contact us at hello@theweddingbluebook.com.

P.S. We do run special rates on submissions throughout the year but these special rates are exclusive to vendors on our email list.
